In glass
measuring cup stir oil and water together until they appear to be
evenly mix.
Immediately add
to flour and stir gently until flour is moistened. Pat it
together into two balls. Do not over work the dough. Do
not develop the gluten in this dough
Place one ball
or dough between two sheets of wax paper. To keep wax paper from
moving, slightly dampen the counter under the wax paper. Roll to
desired thinness and place in pie plate.
Bake at 425°F
until a light golden brown. Approximately 12 minutes. A longer
time is required for filled pie crusts.
