Marinated Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 cup     Fresh green beans, cooked

1 can     Wax beans, cut  (15oz)

1 can     Red kidney beans (15oz)

1 can     Garbanzos or chick peas (15oz)

1 cup     Onion rings or slices

1/2 cup  Black olives, sliced

1/4 cup  Green bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup  Red bell pepper, diced

1 cup     Italian Dressing

 

Directions
Drain beans to remove juice.  Combine all vegetables in a large bowl.  Prepare Italian Dressing of choice.  This step can be done ahead.  Pour dressing over vegetables and mix thoroughly.  Cover and marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight before serving.
