Interpreting Scores
Anger is a normal response everyone experiences for time to time. If it becomes a common occurrence, however, it can damage both mental and physical health.

The higher your score the higher your level of anger. Compare your scores to the 12,986 other people who took this same test to see how you compare.

If you have a high anger score find ways to deal with your anger. Get help if needed from a mental health counselor.

In this study those people who had a high anger score (a score of 22+) had a heart attack rate 2.7 times higher than those with low scores.
