Healthy Living Series

The Healthy Living DVD Series, on studio-shot DVDs includes ten inspiring and practical presentations by Don Hall, DrPH, CHES. Content is based on the latest scientific population research. The first eight topics are those in the Eight Weeks to Wellness™ program. The other two topics are good follow-up topics.

Each "Health Presentation" is 40-50 minutes. The "Questions and Answers" add another 10-20 minutes.

The "Research Graphs" is the "slides" of the presentation without the audio. A guest presenter may use it without sound and make a "live" presentation.

“Scene Selection” is the entire presentation in nine 5- to 10-minute segments. Some selections are suited to Health Nuggets before, between, or during other programs.

Use the DVDs for personal information, group health classes, and community education programs. Download print materials from a website to use with each DVD.

View the presentation alone or in a group. Discuss it! Share the DVD with your family, friends, and co-workers. However, you may not copy and redistribute the DVDs.

A Manual or Coordinator's Guide is available. Promotional materials, certificates, and many resources are on the accompanying CD.
